Apology for Lost Conversations in SoulVerse and What We’re Doing About It.

Dear users,

We would like to sincerely apologize and inform you that due to a technical error, the history of some conversations with your companions on SoulVerse has been deleted. We understand how meaningful and personal these interactions can be, and we are truly sorry that we were unable to preserve your special moments with Kai, Aida, or your other companions.

The issue occurred during a data migration between two versions of our backend storage system. The architectural change, which was intended to improve the app’s speed and stability, in rare cases caused incompatibility between database versions, resulting in part of the data being irreversibly overwritten. We immediately investigated the incident, identified its cause, and implemented system changes that will prevent a similar situation from happening again.

From now on, we are committed to ensuring that all conversations are securely backed up through a multi layer system and regularly monitored.
